Incredible People, Incredible Work!! Ozzy, Juan, Hugo, and Roberto were respectful, hardworking, and friendly! They showed up on time, got straight to work, and often stayed late to get our dream bathroom completed as quickly as possible. They sang and laughed together while they worked, which made me feel like they genuinely love what they do. I think that passion really shows in the quality of their work! Ozzy spent time with my wife and me upfront when we weren't sure what was possible or what would work within our budget. He helped us come up with ideas, made recommendations, and helped us envision our dream bathroom. Once the demolition was complete, Ozzy and Juan walked us through every step of the process. They even made sure we had electrical outlets in all the locations we needed. Now that everything is finished, that's one of the things I'm most thankful for because it truly makes the bathroom feel custom-designed for us! As with any project, there were some unexpected challenges along the way. Whenever something came up, we worked together with Ozzy and Juan to figure out the best solution for us. They were accommodating, thoughtful, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Overall, they exceeded every expectation I could have had when it comes to working with a contractor. I will absolutely be using them again and cannot recommend them enough! I've included photos of the bathroom before and after to show just how incredible a difference their hard work made. Thanks again to Ozzy, Juan, Hugo, and Roberto for making our dream bathroom a reality!!

This is a review long overdue. This company came in and helped make a very small, cramped, and unloved space into a beautiful and functional addition to our home. All of the gentlemen that came into work for us were courteous and professional. They were able to get things done quickly, communicated well and provided us options when concerns came about. They allowed us to take part in a very creative process. I hope that this review helps him get additional business and that they continue to help beautify homes in our area.

Dear Ozzie, Juan and the rest of construction team at JayTees Improvements. Erik and I are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding kitchen remodel, we received. Your interaction with detail, design were stunning. Erik and I knew what we wanted, but with your experience we all put it together with remarkable ability. Our kitchen was from the 1950’s, it needed a true makeover. Ozzie and Juan with their team worked 9/10 hour days for the first month, to get the kitchen down to the bones. Yes, always give your budget little extra, when you are dealing with an older home. We, both believe JTI will have your best interests at heart on any specific construction issues you may have. They are dedicated to their jobs, and also care about their employees. Nothing will go unnoticed with Ozzi and Juan. Thank you once again for you unprecedented support, commitment and service. Ozzy and his crews just finished replacing the roof on our 1923 Victorian. It was hiding some wild surprises that lead to a complete tear off and reframing portions of the roof. Needless to say it was a lot for me to process. Ozzy explained everything and was patient as I asked all kinds of questions. Communication was great. Roof looks amazing. Looking forward to working with them again on more updates.

Amazing works! Ozzy is just the Best! Very responsible, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable! He will continue to be my contractor for future projects! Highly recommend his services 👌 Before and after photos included.

The team arrived and replaced a worn-out set of French doors with a beautiful custom sliding door. They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. We'll be calling them back for further projects because they truly went above and beyond for us and made us feel valued.

Ozzy and his brother came out and did a wonderful job replacing a poorly installed French door with a beautiful 6-foot sliding door. They worked efficiently and professionally on our 1950s bungalow. We will be having them back for more projects soon.

JayTees is a company of good, hardworking, fair contractors. We worked with them on a complete reno of an old mixed used building in our local town, and we've been very pleased with the result. They can do it all, from a small job to a total reno, JayTees is a great choice. We highly recommend them if you're looking for a good contractor in or near the Indianapolis Indiana, contact JayTees!

The company is great! They were courteous enough to give us a call to prune some tree roots in order to preserve a tree for Concrete Driveway install. They truly care!

JayTees Improvements just replaced my roof and rebuilt my front porch. I could not be happier with the work they did. They are efficient, fairly priced, communicated through out the whole process, bringing my vision to life. And they cleaned up after each project. I can't wait to call them back for my next project. Thank You Ozzy and team for your professionalism workmanship.

Ozzy and his crew have done a bunch of projects for me at my house and rental properties, and every single time they’ve crushed it. The last project was wild, they turned what was basically a pipe dream into reality by converting my attic (that I could only get to with a ladder) into a full walk-in closet with stairs. My wife doesn't want to move now! Start to finish, everything was always smooth. Communication was on point, the work was flawless, and they make everything easy. There’s no project too big or too small, these guys can literally do anything, and they’ll be my go to company for life.

My husband and I wanted a man cave/she shed to expand on our living space. We had the yard space to make this vision come true, but we needed a partner to make it come alive. We called, emailed and texted with a list of contractors and got MANY references. JayTees Improvements RESPONDED promptly , showed up onsite and produced a very appropriate proposal for the scope of work. We hired JayTees for our project that included a concrete slab, electric service upgrade, and plumbing rough-in to prep our site for a pre-fab 16' x 32' auxiliary building. We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They worked through Indiana winter elements when it was SUPER cold, wet and freezing!! The concrete work was flawless—level, clean, and exactly to spec. The upgraded electrical service was handled with precision and care, and the plumbing rough-in was done neatly and on time. They assisted with the permitting process from beginning to end (we all know how the .gov is impossible to work with in Marion County). Every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standards. What truly set them apart, though, was the customer service. Communication was clear and prompt, they were respectful of our space, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed us throughout the process. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers quality work and a great experience. Highly recommend! Ozzy and Juan always had a smile on their faces... We knew immediately we were in good hands! We will hire them again for future work and recommend to our friends and family! Brad & Monica Linn

Best company to work with, awesome customer service. Very professiona getting the work done.

Ozzy was great to work with. Communication was prompt and he understood exactly what we wanted. He even had some great suggestions to make us love our expanded garage even more. His crew was very professional and polite. They worked through crappy weather to get the job done! We will definitely be using him again for future projects.

We are incredibly thankful to JayTees for their help with our instense 3-part home renovation! From the start, with the initial quote, they were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful in seeing our vision come to fruition. As first-time DIYers, we have been able to depend on Ozzy, Juan, and their crew to take care of the things we can't do ourselves. Their honesty and integrity is unsurpassed!

Awesome Team!! Very professional and clean!! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! We had 23 recessed lights installed throughout our home and interior painting throughout...we are VERY PLEASED!! Again, THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!

Super honest and fair pricing. Everything that was asked was completed better than expected. Only improvement would be better communication. But I will definitely use them in the future!

Jaytees Inprovements did an excellent job repairing a leak in our ceiling and putting on new roof.

They did amazing job on our patio slab. When it rains there's no puddles. The concrete truck did mess our yard up. They came back two times with a truck full of dirt to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.
