This is a review long overdue. This company came in and helped make a very small, cramped, and unloved space into a beautiful and functional addition to our home. All of the gentlemen that came into work for us were courteous and professional. They were able to get things done quickly, communicated well and provided us options when concerns came about. They allowed us to take part in a very creative process. I hope that this review helps him get additional business and that they continue to help beautify homes in our area.

Your interaction with detail, design were stunning. Erik and I knew what we wanted, but with your experience we all put it together with remarkable ability. Our kitchen was from the 1950’s, it needed a true makeover. Ozzie and Juan with their team worked 9/10 hour days for the first month, to get the kitchen down to the bones. Yes, always give your budget little extra, when you are dealing with an older home. We, both believe JTI will have your best interests at heart on any specific construction issues you may have. Ozzy and his crews just finished replacing the roof on our 1923 Victorian. It was hiding some wild surprises that lead to a complete tear off and reframing portions of the roof. Needless to say it was a lot for me to process. Ozzy explained everything and was patient as I asked all kinds of questions. Communication was great. Roof looks amazing. Looking forward to working with them again on more updates.

The team arrived and replaced a worn-out set of French doors with a beautiful custom sliding door. They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. We'll be calling them back for further projects because they truly went above and beyond for us and made us feel valued.

Ozzy and his brother came out and did a wonderful job replacing a poorly installed French door with a beautiful 6-foot sliding door. They worked efficiently and professionally on our 1950s bungalow. We will be having them back for more projects soon.

The company is great! They were courteous enough to give us a call to prune some tree roots in order to preserve a tree for Concrete Driveway install. They truly care!

My husband and I wanted a man cave/she shed to expand on our living space. We had the yard space to make this vision come true, but we needed a partner to make it come alive. We called, emailed and texted with a list of contractors and got MANY references. JayTees Improvements RESPONDED promptly , showed up onsite and produced a very appropriate proposal for the scope of work. We hired JayTees for our project that included a concrete slab, electric service upgrade, and plumbing rough-in to prep our site for a pre-fab 16' x 32' auxiliary building. We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They worked through Indiana winter elements when it was SUPER cold, wet and freezing!! The concrete work was flawless—level, clean, and exactly to spec. The upgraded electrical service was handled with precision and care, and the plumbing rough-in was done neatly and on time. They assisted with the permitting process from beginning to end (we all know how the .gov is impossible to work with in Marion County). Every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standards. What truly set them apart, though, was the customer service. Communication was clear and prompt, they were respectful of our space, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed us throughout the process. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers quality work and a great experience. Highly recommend! Ozzy and Juan always had a smile on their faces... We knew immediately we were in good hands! Ozzy was great to work with. Communication was prompt and he understood exactly what we wanted. He even had some great suggestions to make us love our expanded garage even more. Super honest and fair pricing. Everything that was asked was completed better than expected. Only improvement would be better communication. But I will definitely use them in the future!

Jaytees Inprovements did an excellent job repairing a leak in our ceiling and putting on new roof.

They did amazing job on our patio slab. When it rains there's no puddles. The concrete truck did mess our yard up. They came back two times with a truck full of dirt to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I have utilized Jay Tee's services several times for small and, most recently, a big job. I have also introduced them to several of my friends. I think that says everything you need to know. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future for all my projects
