Ozzy and his crew have done a bunch of projects for me at my house and rental properties, and every single time they’ve crushed it. The last project was wild, they turned what was basically a pipe dream into reality by converting my attic (that I could only get to with a ladder) into a full walk-in closet with stairs. They did amazing job on our patio slab. When it rains there's no puddles. The concrete truck did mess our yard up. They came back two times with a truck full of dirt to fix it. I would highly recommend this company. See more See less

My husband and I wanted a man cave/she shed to expand on our living space. We had the yard space to make this vision come true, but we needed a partner to make it come alive. We called, emailed and texted with a list of contractors and got MANY references. JayTees Improvements RESPONDED promptly , showed up onsite and produced a very appropriate proposal for the scope of work. We hired JayTees for our project that included a concrete slab, electric service upgrade, and plumbing rough-in to prep our site for a pre-fab 16' x 32' auxiliary building. We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They worked through Indiana winter elements when it was SUPER cold, wet and freezing!! The concrete work was flawless—level, clean, and exactly to spec. The upgraded electrical service was handled with precision and care, and the plumbing rough-in was done neatly and on time. They assisted with the permitting process from beginning to end (we all know how the .gov is impossible to work with in Marion County). Every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standards. What truly set them apart, though, was the customer service. Communication was clear and prompt, they were respectful of our space, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed us throughout the process.
